The SWAN fountain pen edition was inspired from the naturalistic designs of French designer Emile Gallé (1846-1904). The primary colors as Red and Orange are used for the body of the pen. These colors became bright on the Celluloid body of the pens; which made us think of the Emile Gallé Art Glass. First introduced in the latter half of the 19th century, Art Nouveau glass was a completely new kind of art form for its day. Emile Gallé with his own innovative ideas made him gain prestige and admires from people. Now, WANCHER has their own innovative idea which is to introduce the Emile Gallé’s design on the Celluloid body of fountain pen.
